hello, I’m stephanie bigart.

Hi. Nice to meet you.

I am a Montana native who is passionate about animals, helping others, cooking, wellness, fashion, music, art, being creative, yoga, long distance running, spending time in nature, being goofy and hanging out with my family. As a native Montanan, I spent my early years exploring the vast and beautiful Beartooth Mountains in Red Lodge, MT with my family. These childhood experiences helped me gain a deep respect and appreciation for the beauty and healing power of nature physically, mentally and spiritually. This love of nature and living a healthy, holistic life guided me on the path towards becoming a holistic esthetician. I loved learning about skin care (I had always been exploring the latest skin care and hair care products from a young age). I wanted to be able to take care of my own skin as well as help others heal their skin using only the best certified organic ingredients utilizing plants and flowers so I decided to create my own line of organic skin care products. From here, I discovered the healing power of yoga and meditation and decided to become a Registered Yoga Teacher. Through this training, I gained a deeper appreciation for calming the mind, self awareness, presence, mindfulness and living a pure, holistic life.

In May of 2020, my life took a crazy turn when my father became ill with brain cancer. I decided to dedicate my life at this moment in time to helping him as much as possible. I simplified my life, took out stressors that no longer served me and opened my heart up to possibilities. I dove deep into books about health and healing, I read every cookbook I had from start to finish and studied ways to bring healthy, nourishing food choices into my life. I started to notice dramatic changes in my own life such as more energy, more balance, better recovery after long runs, less space for unhealthy options and a better connection to myself. I felt like I now had a clearer way of being in the world. My days turned into meal planning, cooking, a daily meditation practice, healing, eating very nutrient rich foods and lots and lots of yoga. I knew I was onto something when the healthy meals I was cooking for my family they actually liked!

From this experience, I met a wonderful Naturopathic Doctor for my father’s care. Honestly, working with this ND was a major glimmer of hope and light for me in a very dark, hard time for my family and I. He guided me through lots of profound ways to help my father on his journey using simple methods like food choices. This experience opened my eyes even more to the power of natural ways of healing such as using food to help with side effects from cancer treatment-WOW! I knew I wanted to dive deeper into nutrition, so I decided to enroll with The Institute for Integrative Nutrition and through this education, I received my health coaching certification. In addition to my IIN education, I also completed two whole-food, plant-based culinary courses. Most recently, I received my Plant Based Nutrition Certificate from T. Colin Campbell’s Center for Nutrition Studies through Cornell University, as well as The Plant Fed Gut Masterclass with Dr. Will Bulsiewicz and an autoimmune course with Dr. Brooke Goldner. These educational experiences have been transformational for me and I am excited to help you on your own health and wellness journey.
