My holistic nutrition coaching is based on six daily rituals for ultimate wellness.

I believe that choosing the right nutrient dense foods has the power to heal the body, mind and soul. We will work together on helping you find ways to bring more healthy, healing food choices into your life for nourishment, focus, energy and balance. My focus is on whole food, plant based nutrition.

#2: Calm Your Mind
I believe in the importance of giving the mind space so you have the ability to think more clearly and make better decisions that will help you feel more in alignment with yourself. As a registered yoga instructor, we will work together to bring awareness to your body, mind and soul through many different modalities such as breath work, self awareness and presence.

#3: Break a Sweat
I believe that moving your body is key for relieving tension, increased endorphins, proper rest, healing, confidence, circulation and it also improves mood. When we move our bodies, we feel better. Let’s work together to create a movement plan that works for you!

#4: Protect Your Sleep
I believe that sleep is the foundation for whole person health. When we get proper rest, we have the energy to make nourishing food choices, exercise and make better decisions. We will work together to find ways for you to create healthy habits for sleep and rest.

#5: Hydrate
I believe that water in itself is healing in so many ways. It is rocket fuel for the brain and body. Most of us could live by this simple rule: drink more water. We will focus on simple ways to bring more healthy hydration into your daily life for energy, sustainability and skin health.

#6: Moisturize
As a licensed esthetician and founder of Sageborn, I believe that protecting our largest organ, our skin, is extremely important for vibrancy. I will guide you through ways to heal and care for the skin utilizing plants and flowers and only the best certified organic ingredients.
